Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Hengshui, Hebei, China, LEAMAI is a dedicated manufacturer specializing in pneumatic compression therapy and recovery equipment for medical rehabilitation, sports recovery, beauty contouring, and home wellness.
Our core product range includes Pneumatic Compression digital control systems, 4–12 chamber sequential compression boots, targeted arm and waist sleeves, and OEM/ODM accessories.
Operating a 30,000 m² factory with 300+ staff and an annual capacity of approximately 1 million units, we primarily serve global B2B clients—including sports recovery & medical distributors, gyms, clinics & wellness spas, as well as e-commerce sellers & DTC recovery brands, supported by ISO 13485 quality management and model-specific product compliance documentation.

ISO 13485 & Product Compliance Documentation
Built an ISO 13485 quality-management system and developed product compliance documentation for applicable models and destination markets, including CE / EU MDR, FDA (510(k)), RoHS, FCC, EMC and LVD.

Current manufacturing scale includes a 30,000m² facility, 10+ production lines, 300+ employees, 100+ production equipment and annual capacity of approximately 1,000,000 units.

Four-Stage Quality Management
Our quality-control process follows IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC, with standard work instructions and inspection checklists from incoming materials through outgoing inspection.
IQC Inspection
Incoming materials and components are inspected according to defined IQC standards before release to production.
IPQC In-Process
In-process inspection covers pneumatic garment sealing, garment assembly, electronics / controller assembly and other key production steps.
FQC Full Testing
Finished-product checks include pressure accuracy and 100% air-chamber sealing inspection, with battery, durability, temperature, fabric and noise tests applied as applicable.
OQC & Export QA
Outgoing inspection confirms appearance, accessories, packaging, labels and required shipment documentation before release.
