What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for OEM private label orders?
For initial sample testing and quality evaluation, our MOQ starts from 1 unit. Selected new-customer standard-product trial orders can start from 2 units. Standard production MOQ is 500 units and negotiable; OEM / ODM MOQ depends on the customization scope.
What are your typical production and delivery lead times?
A custom design draft can typically be prepared in about 3 days, with a physical OEM sample in about 7 days after specifications are confirmed. Standard production is typically 3–7 days, while customized production is generally around 15 days depending on complexity. Shipping transit time is additional.
What medical and quality certifications do your devices carry?
LEAMAI operates under an ISO 13485 quality management system. Available product documentation can include CE / EU MDR, FDA (510(k)), RoHS, FCC, EMC and LVD depending on the specific model and destination market. Please confirm the applicable certificate and report set before ordering.
Can you customize chamber configurations and pressure algorithms?
Yes. We support 4, 6, 8, and 12-chamber configurations, OEM pressure ranges of 30 to 280 mmHg, 1–12 modes, and 10–90 minute timer options. LED, LCD, color-screen and touchscreen interfaces plus UI language customization are available by project.
What is your warranty policy and after-sales support for B2B distributors?
We provide a 3-year warranty covering the controller and core airbag components. Remote technical support is available, and common spare parts such as airbag sleeves, connecting tubes and adapters can be dispatched within 48 hours when available.
Can you provide custom packaging, user manuals, and shipping support?
Yes. We support custom packaging, EVA carrying cases and multilingual user guides. Shipping can be arranged by sea (FCL/LCL), air freight or international express, and we can also coordinate with your appointed freight forwarder.
